Depression Help - when you just need a rest!

Well, after all that talk of Waking Up and Writing it Down in my last post, I have actually been working so hard the last couple of days that I got little sleep! Adding to that, I’ve been so busy working on the pc, that I have hardly had time to step out side the house - not good for my depression and it’s making me feel pretty down right now.
In fact, I am feeling absolutely shattered and this post is a sort of winding down before I log off and get some rest. But you never know, when I wake up I may just be able to write all that’s on my mind
Then I must force myself out of the house for a long walk (or even a run if I can find my decent trainers) in the sunshine. The weather is great here now - hot but not too bad… yet. Just right for getting some sun and fresh air and feeling good again.
But forgive me if I log off now leaving a rather short post.
After all, I have to practice what I preach and get some rest! ![]()
